A quick, non-intrusive way to find leaks and trapped water. Our equipment can source a breach as small as a screw hole, in wet or dry conditions.
What we do
- Electronic leak detection with UVRAL Dry Roof Pro and Wet Roof Pro
- Dye tests to trace leaks into the building, using dye that is non toxic and does not stain
- Checks for penetration of roof membranes
- Probe tests of side and end laps
- Every leak point marked up so remedial work is quick
